Ingredients
Chicken + Sauce
- 1.5 lb Sydney’s boneless chicken breast
- Balsamic Sauce Packet
Salad
- 8–10 cups mixed greens (spring mix, romaine, or arugula)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots or sliced bell pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup toasted nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans – optional)
Extra balsamic vinaigrette (if you want more dressing than the marinade)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, add mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumber, red
onion, and any optional veggies, cheese, and nuts.

Skillet/Grill: Heat a grill or skillet to medium-high. Reheat
chicken 2–3 minutes per side, until heated through.

3. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice or cube.

Lightly toss chicken into salad and top with Balsamic sauce
packet
