Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.5lb Sydney’s boneless chicken breast
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4–1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp lemon juice or a splash of vinegar at the end

Wraps

  • 2 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber or bell pepper (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Heat a nonstick or cast-iron skillet over medium-high. Add chicken in a single layer. Reheat 2–3 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

While chicken heats, stir together yogurt/mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, Dijon (if using), salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Shred lettuce, chop tomatoes, and any extra veggies.

In a dry skillet, warm each tortilla 20–30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.

Lay tortillas flat. Spread sauce from packet down the center of each. Add a layer of lettuce and veggies, then top with warm chicken and cheese if using.

Fold in the sides and roll up from the bottom. Slice in half if you like and serve right away.
